1. Our Quality Promise

Every piece is made with care and checked before it ships. We guarantee that your item will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If you receive a product with a genuine defect, we will make it right.

2. What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

Faulty stitching or seams coming apart under normal use
Prints or designs peeling or cracking under normal wear
Zippers, buttons, or fasteners that fail under normal use
Fabric flaws that were present at the time of delivery

If you notice any of these issues, contact us and we will help you with a replacement or a suitable solution.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper care, including:

Normal fading, shrinking, or wear from regular use over time
Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or ironing
Damage from accidents, misuse, or alterations
Stains, tears, or damage caused after delivery
Items that have been worn, washed, or used before the issue was reported

Please follow the care instructions on each item to keep your pieces looking their best.

4. Warranty Period

Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the issue must be a genuine defect and not the result of normal wear or improper care.

For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can act quickly.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with the following:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos showing the defect

Once we receive your claim, we will review it and let you know the next steps. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or another suitable solution.

6. Our Guarantee to You

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we promise to make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. We want every customer to feel confident shopping with us.
