All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new drops, sales, and holiday seasons due to higher order volume.

2. Shipping Time

After your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any active offers will be shown on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your package until it arrives.

If you do not receive a tracking email within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us and we will help you right away.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While delays are rare, they can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or other situations beyond our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

7. Damaged Items

We take great care in packing your order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

8. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed shipment, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
