Return & Exchange

At Straight Drop Money Gang, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. This Return and Exchange Policy explains how you can return or exchange your items. Please read it carefully before making a request.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests made after this period has passed.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
With all original tags still attached
In its original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as final sale or clearance
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items returned without original tags

4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. Include the following in your message:

Your order number
The item or items you want to return or exchange
The reason for your request
Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the next steps.

5. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or a different item, let us know when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative or a refund.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping and make it right.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected time, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing can take time. If you still have not received it, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
